IEL was established in July 2003 by Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Dov Tadmor and Moshe Weksler.

IEL strives to acquire companies that can serve as a platform for growth, both

organically and through acquisitions.

The company aims to invest in companies to which it can contribute added value,

through managerial and / or financial capabilities.
